These include our website, Flyper App (driver app), recipient SMS text messaging, Shopify app, or any other access to Flype’s API (collectively, the “Service”).

2. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is capable of being associated with you (“Personal Information”) when you use our services, or from third-party sources. This information is used to provide and improve our services, as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
For package recipients, Flype does not collect or store any financial information. Your payment details remain with the retailer or subscription provider from which you made the purchase.
The types of Personal Information we, our service providers, and our business partners may collect through the Service or otherwise include:
– Personal Identifiers: Name, address, email address, phone number.
– Delivery Information: Shipping address, delivery instructions, property access codes or details, type of delivery location (e.g., business or residence), images taken for quality assurance and confirmation during delivery, any other relevant information you provide related to your delivery, and any other data generated during the delivery process
– Account Data: Information you provide to create an online account, such as your username, password, and other details you add to your account profile.
– Communications and Support Interactions: Correspondence exchanged with you, including interactions through the Service, text messaging, or other communication channels such as live chat customer support.
– Geolocation Data: Precise location data collected when drivers are performing deliveries, including Google geocoding data for enhanced location accuracy. This information may be used to optimize the delivery process and improve service quality.
– Device Data: Your mobile or computer device data that may include operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers (including identifiers used for advertising purposes), language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., Wi-Fi, LTE, 3G, 4G, 5G), and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.
– Third-party services: Social media services that you use to log into, or otherwise link to, your Service account. This data may include your username, profile picture and other information associated with your account on that third-party service that is made available to us based on your account settings on that service.
– Other Data: Any additional information not specifically outlined in this Privacy Policy that we may collect and use in accordance with this policy or as disclosed at the time of collection.

Request to Access or Delete your Personal Information
You have the right to request a copy of your Personal Information or request its deletion.
To request a copy of your Personal Information, please email us at team@flype.org with the subject line “Copy of my Personal Information.” To protect your privacy, we will need to verify your identity before processing your request. Please provide your full name, phone number, and email address associated with your personal data.
To request deleting your account you can fill this form to request deleting your data. Flype will process your request and delete your data within 30 days of submitting the form. Flype will reach out to you through the submitted email to confirm that you sent the request and require one final approval from you by email before proceeding with your request.
Marketing Communications
We may send you periodic marketing emails, push notifications, and text messages, and where required by law, we will obtain your consent to do so. If you no longer wish to receive these communications, you can opt out by following the instructions provided in any message you receive from us. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing and promotional messages, we may still send you administrative or transactional communications, which you cannot opt out of.
Do Not Track
“Do Not Track” (DNT) is a developing standard for web browsers that aims to signal to websites that you do not want your online activity tracked across websites and online services. While we strive to respect the privacy preferences of our users, we do not currently interpret or respond to DNT or similar signals from your browser.
